1. 字数计算以中文 Word工具栏－字数统计－"字符数(不计空格)"所显示的字符为标准。
2. 专业性较强或有特殊要求的稿件，加收15%-50% 费用。
3. 交稿日期如需加急，收10% - 50%的加急费。（日翻译量：每个工作日翻译两千中文字为正常。）
4. 预收定金：按估计字数计算翻译费的50%收取定金。
5. 关于专业培训和其他服务价格另议。
6. 每件译稿免费打印Ａ4纸一份。
7. 每份少于500字的译稿均按500字计算, 500字以上但不足1000字的按1000字计算，以此类推。

1. 出差陪同口译加收30%费用。
2. 客户应负责陪同翻译的餐旅费及交通费。
3. 法定节假日另加上25%的费用。
4. 翻译应有适当的休息时间；每天工作超过8小时，加班费为正常工作的50%。
1. Chinese character calculation is based on the MS Word "Tools"- "Word Count"- "Characters(no space)".
2. There is an extra 15-50% charge for contents of specialty fields or customized needs.
3. There is an extra 10-50% charge to expedite the services (regular daily translation rate: 2000-3000 Chinese characters/day)
4. Deposit: 50% of the estimated total translation costs.
5. The quotes language training and other services will be given upon request.
6. Each translation piece comes with a free copy of standard A4 paper.
7. Translation piece under 500 Chinese characters is considered the price of 500; 500-1,000 Chinese characters will be considered that of 1,000, and so forth.

1. There is an extra 30% charge for oral interpretation on an out-of-city business trip.
2. Client is responsible for interpreter’s transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses.
3. There is an extra 25% charge during weekends and official holidays.
4. Breaks should be given to interpreters during work. A standard working day is eight hours, and it will be an extra 50% charge after that for over-time.
