1. There is an extra 30% charge for oral interpretation on an out-of-city business trip.
2. Client is responsible for interpreter's transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses.
3. There is an extra 25% charge during weekends and official holidays.
4. Breaks should be given to interpreters during work. A standard working day is 8 hours, and it will be an extra 50% charge after that for over-time.
Translator Profiles
Vicky Liao has been interpreting for important business conference and exhibition for numerous times. She has over 600,000 Chinese character written translation experiences, and oversees all editing for the translation assignments from the company. Prior to this position, she worked as a chief translator/interpreter in IKONICS Corporation, Minnesota (NASDAQ listed). She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Superior as an honor student in 2005.
Elva Chen graduated from China University of Political Science and Laws with English major. She worked for China Radio International in Beijing since 2005 as an English editor and licensed reporter. In July 2007, she translated for CCTV's "World Famous Universities" TV program. She started to work as a part-time translator at two Beijing translation companies from April 2003.
Heidi Zheng graduated from Xi'an International Studies University and has passed Test for English Major Band 8 (TEM-8). She translated travel guidebook Spain from English to Chinese, which was published by Lonely Planet Company, and worked at Yahoo Digital Channel in which she translated user guides of the latest digital products home and abroad. She also worked as a part-time translator at China Daily. She specializes in tourism and foreign trade translation, and also had rich experiences in areas like mechanics, chemical engineering, automobile, engineering, as well as contract and business documents.
Yuri Yang graduated from University of International Business and Economics with JLPT-1 (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Band 1) and CET-6 Qualification. She had translated several books, including History of Japanese Economy, Japan Society, Practical Writing of Foreign Trade, and several Japanese novels. In 2007, she translated Japanese books like Canon's Way to Work and Methods for Longevity for a Beijing translation company. She is capable of written translation among English, Japanese, and Chinese.
Daisy Lem, graduated from University Bonn of Germany with a major in translation and concentration in German-Chinese translation, as well as Linguistic and Corporation Management. She has rich experience in oral interpretation and document and certificate translation, and is able to translate any two languages among Chinese, German and English.
Simon Zhang graduated from Guangxi University for Nationalities with French major. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as a French teacher and an interpreter for Sino-French Val-de-Marne Economic & Trade Convention. Upon graduation, Simon has been working in professional translation field in West Africa.
Christina is a graduate from University of Palermo, Argentina with International Business major. She is proficient in Spanish-Chinese-English translation. She used to work for Beijing Kunpeng International Travel Agency, and has long-term experiences in Spanish translation, mainly in tourism, business, and commerce.

Cere Chen graduated from Guangxi University for Nationalities with major in Thai language. She studied in Thailand for two years, and since then has been teaching Thai in Guangxi (Provincial) University. She worked as a translator for Thailand Commerce Department during 1st and 3rd China-ASEAN Expo, and interpreted at the 3rd and 4th "Focus on Guangxi • Beibu Gulf" TV program of GXTV.
